601 Pressure Washing

Terms & Conditions

01

Quotes and scope

Quotes are based on the information, measurements, photos, and site conditions available at the time of the estimate. Any change in the requested work or site conditions may require an updated quote before work continues.

02

Access and preparation

The customer will provide safe access to the work area and move vehicles, furniture, decorations, and other personal items away from surfaces being cleaned. Doors and windows should be closed, and delicate or damaged areas should be identified before work begins.

03

Water and utilities

Unless arranged in advance, the customer will provide access to an operating exterior water source. The customer is responsible for confirming that available utilities and fixtures are in working condition.

04

Surface condition and results

Cleaning results depend on the age, material, condition, staining, oxidation, and prior treatment of each surface. Existing damage, loose coatings, permanent stains, and normal wear may remain or become more visible after cleaning.

05

Weather and scheduling

Service may be delayed or rescheduled because of weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances that affect the quality or safety of the work. Customers will be contacted as soon as practical when a schedule changes.

06

Payment

Payment is due when the agreed work is complete unless different arrangements are confirmed in writing. Additional work requested by the customer must be approved before it is added to the final amount.

07

Changes and cancellations

Please contact 601 Pressure Washing as soon as possible to change or cancel an appointment. Work that cannot begin because the property is inaccessible or unprepared may need to be rescheduled.

08

Acceptance

Submitting a quote request does not create a service agreement. A service agreement begins when the customer accepts the quote and the work is scheduled. By approving the work, the customer accepts these terms.
